Controlled burn levels Burns house

Waterford firemen kept the fields and woods wet during the burn
Waterford firemen spent April 25 training at this house owned by Jeremiah & Susan Burns on Apple Blossom Lane. The daylong event culminated with a controlled burn that leveled the structure. Firemen kept water flowing on nearby pine trees and fields during the burn. To read a spoof of the exercise created by Nicholas Kanaracus of Waterford and Worcester, MA, click here.
