Waterford Fair Wins 'Most Improved'
Award at State Fair Convention

Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs Director Paul Fox presented Dottie Bell of the World's Fair with the "Most Improved Small Fair" award at the annual banquet Jan. 26 in Portland. This year's fair dates are July 18-20.
