Waterford Memorial 4th-5th graders say
goodbye Waterford, hello Harrison

Jeff "Alex Trebeck" Beebe
4TH-5TH GRADE BANQUET - Students in the Waterford Memorial fifth and sixth grade classes celebrated their time together with a banquet June 4. The two classes are headed to Harrison Elementary when school resumes, leaving K-4 in Waterford. After the meal and a slide show (see below), the students competed in a rousing game of Jeopardy® featuring Waterford school trivia. Master of Ceremonies Jeff Beebe (above) was dazzling in his role as Alex Trebeck. To his left, Sean Murphy answers a question for Team A. At right, Emily Simmons ponders the question as Jonathan Carter raises his hand. Below, Jeff awaits the answer (in the form of a question, please) from Zoe Bodwell. Principal Margaret Emery got into the act from the audience, indicating that the roof was the answer to where to find lost balls on the playground. The game began with a Rock-Paper-Scissors challenge between Lucas Spring and Elizabeth Logan. Earlier in the day, the kids joined their Harrison counterparts for a picnic at Crystal Lake Park in Harrison. Along the bottom, Jasmin Rondeau answers a question at left, while Courtney Fox responds while teammates Madison Starbird and Alyssa Morin look on.
