Crooked River Saints Nov. 3, 2016
The Waterford Appeals Board held a hearing Nov. 3 to act on an appeal filed by Yvon & Jennifer Morin contesting the planning board's decision to allow Crooked River Saints to operate a dog kennel as a home business under the town's Site Plan Review as well as in shoreland zoning. The board voted to vacate the kennel's permits.
