State - MDOT Driveway Permit
Maine Department of Transportation driveway entrance permits are required for driveways accessing Routes 35, 37, 118, and Sweden Road. MDOT Permit.
Approved permits must be submitted with building permit applications as part of approval process.
Town - Driveway Permit
For driveways accessing Town roads. Town Permit.
Completed applications may be submitted to the Public Works Director by emailing to towngarage@waterfordme.org or ceo@waterfordme.org or by dropping it off at the Town Office.
